These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to all users ("User" or "you") of the tkgam platform and all its services. By registering on tkgam or using the platform, you agree to fully comply with these Terms.

• Bonus wagering requirement: 25x (deposit + bonus).
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is met.
• The bonus applies to the first deposit only.

5.2 VIP Cashback Program

tkgam's VIP program has five tiers, each offering increased benefits and weekly cashback:

• Bronze: up to 0.2% cashback per week
• Silver: up to 0.5% cashback per week
• Gold: up to 0.7% cashback per week
• Platinum: up to 1.0% cashback per week
• Diamond: up to 1.2% cashback per week

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses, deliberately using fake betting patterns, or any other misconduct may result in bonus forfeiture and account closure.

All games on tkgam are conducted fairly and transparently. Software from reputable providers is used, running on Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.

6.1 General Betting Rules

• Once confirmed, all bets cannot be cancelled.
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical issue, tkgam reserves the right to make a decision based on the circumstances.
• Even if a bet is accepted based on incorrectly displayed odds or prizes, tkgam reserves the right to void that bet.
• In the event of any dispute regarding a game result, tkgam's final decision will stand.

6.2 Cricket Betting

The following rules apply when betting on BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, various ICC tournaments, and other international cricket matches:

• Bets may be placed up until the match begins (except for live betting).
• If a match is cancelled due to rain or any other reason, bets will be settled according to the applicable rules.
• If evidence of match fixing or corruption is found, all related bets will be voided.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tkgam platform. Violating these rules will result in permanent account closure and all balances may be forfeited:

• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds
• Deliberately creating fake betting patterns to meet bonus conditions
• Operating multiple accounts
• Hacking the platform or exploiting software vulnerabilities
• Unauthorized access to another user's account
• Playing using automated bots or scripts
• Opening an account with false information or forging an identity
• Harassing, intimidating, or threatening other users

tkgam reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close a user's account at any time and for any reason.

8.1 Reasons for Account Suspension

• Suspected violation of the Terms
• Failure to cooperate with identity verification
• Unusual transaction patterns
• Prolonged inactivity on the account
• Court or government order

8.2 Voluntary Account Closure

If you wish to close your account yourself, please contact our support team. Withdraw any remaining balance before the account is closed. Processing a withdrawal after an account has been closed may be complicated.
